Our commitment
Stewart Real Estate Group is committed to providing a website that is usable by the broadest possible audience, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice input, magnification, captions, high-contrast settings, or other assistive technology.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. As the site, property-search platform, content, and technology evolve, we will continue reviewing and improving the experience.
Standards and testing
We aim to follow generally recognized accessibility practices, including relevant portions of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Conformance is a goal, not a one-time claim, and some content may not yet fully meet every guideline.
Our review process includes keyboard navigation, focus visibility, heading structure, text contrast, responsive layouts, link purpose, image alternatives, form labels, reduced-motion preferences, and common screen-reader considerations.
Accessibility measures
- Clear headings, labels, links, and page structure.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images where practical.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive controls.
- Readable typography, color contrast, and mobile layouts.
- Visible focus states and reduced-motion support.
- Plain-language contact options when a digital feature is difficult to use.
Third-party content and property search
Some website functions—including IDX property search, maps, embedded video, social media, scheduling, forms, documents, and external links—may be provided by third parties. We do not control every part of those services, but we welcome reports of barriers and will work to provide assistance or an alternative when reasonably possible.
Documents and alternative formats
If a PDF, guide, image, listing detail, or other resource is not accessible to you, contact us and identify the item and the format that would help. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information in an alternative way.
Feedback or assistance
If you experience an accessibility barrier, please tell us what page or feature you were using, the issue encountered, your device or assistive technology if you wish to share it, and the best way to reach you.
Email tom@stewartregroup.com or call 949.990.2489. We will make a good-faith effort to respond and provide the requested information or service through an accessible method.
Ongoing accessibility improvement
We review accessibility as part of ongoing website maintenance, not only when a new page launches. Updates may include improving page structure, clarifying link text, refining color contrast, expanding image descriptions, simplifying forms, and testing interactions with keyboard and assistive technology.
Because technology, accessibility standards, and third-party property-search tools continue to change, some improvements may require coordination with outside providers. If a barrier prevents you from accessing property information, requesting a showing, reviewing a guide, or contacting our team, please reach out. We will work with you in good faith to provide the information or service through another accessible method whenever reasonably possible.
We also encourage visitors to tell us when an accessibility improvement works well. Practical feedback helps us prioritize the changes that make the website easier to understand, navigate, and use across desktop computers, mobile devices, browsers, and assistive technology.
